Calendar (Dates)

Pursuant to s.101(2) of the regulation on current and periodic reports provided by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (“Regulation”), ZUK Stąporków S.A (“Company” or “ZUK”) has no legal obligation to publish quarterly reports and/or consolidated quarterly reports for the second and last calendar quarters of its financial year.

However, s.101(2) of the Regulation requires the Company to publish, by the end of the first month of each financial year, a report indicating the dates of the publication of periodic reports in that financial year, taking into account the bank/public holidays in that year.

Closed period

Article 19(11) of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation, MAR Regulation), persons discharging managerial responsibilities in ZUK, i.e. persons related to the Company in such a way that they are a member of an administrative, management or supervisory body or perform managerial functions without being a member of the above-mentioned bodies, while they have constant access to confidential information relating directly or indirectly to this entity and are authorized to make management decisions affecting the further development and economic prospects of the Company, may not make any transactions on their own account or on the account of a third party, directly or indirectly, concerning shares or debt instruments of ZUK, or derivatives or other financial instruments related thereto, for a closed period of 30 calendar days before the publication of the interim financial report or the statement at the end of the accounting year, which the Company is obliged to make public.
