No.): 658-00-01-142 (“ZUK S.A.“).

Przetwarzanie Państwa danych osobowych odbywa się zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego I Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych), dalej Rozporządzenie lub RODO.

You can use this email address to send us an enquiry or to contact us if you wish to exercise any of your rights under the GDPR, such as the right to delete your data, the right to withdraw your consent to data processing, the right of objection and any other of the rights described in this privacy policy.
Your personal data may be processed by ZUK S.A. for the purposes of concluding a contract or for activities aimed at concluding a contract with ZUK S.A. based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (processing related to a contract). We will retain such data for the duration of the contract, and we may then continue to retain the data to comply with our statutory obligations (as long as we are required to comply with a particular obligation). The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of your contract with us. If you refuse to share your personal data with us, we may be unable to comply with the contract or to conclude a contract with you at all. Your data may also be processed (if this is related to the activities of ZUK S.A.) for the following purposes:
- to conduct internal audits at ZUK S.A.,
- to deliver business, economic, financial or legal advice to ZUK S.A. ZUK STĄPORKÓW S.A PRIVACY POLICY
The provision of your data that ZUK S.A. processes based on your consent is voluntary and you can revoke your consent at any time. The provision of your data that ZUK S.A. processes based on a contract with you is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the contract. If you refuse to share your personal data with us, we may be unable to comply with the contract or to conclude a contract with you at all.
Your personal data processed by ZUK S.A. includes:
- information identifying you, particularly your PESEL [national identification number], forename(s), surname, and your identity document details
- your address and contact details, particularly your e-mail address and phone number,
information about any amounts you may owe to ZUK S.A. under your contract with us, and in particular:
the purpose and source of the liability, the amount and the currency, the debt amount, payment terms (including payment deadlines), your payment history, information about your settlements with us (e.g. payment schedules, etc.).- The scope of the data data we collect will, in each case, be determined and communicated to you on the form we will use to collect your data (a contract, an electronic form, a consent statement).
Your personal data may be made available to third parties if this is required by law, at the request of public authorities or whenever we choose to pursue our rights through the courts. Your data may be transferred as permitted by law to persons authorized to receive your data under data processing agreements, such as
- law firms or debt collection agencies in the course of court proceedings or debt collection procedures,
- external suppliers of services to ZUK S.A. (including legal and financial services, consulting companies, IT services, transport services, equipment maintenance services).
You have the right to access your data and the right to request its rectification (when it is incorrect or inaccurate) as well as the right to have your data deleted and to request restriction of its processing (in cases provided for by law).
Where the basis for the processing of your personal data is the controller’s legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
Where the basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. If you choose to withdraw your consent, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. To the extent that your data is processed for the purpose of entering into and performing a contract or where the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to portability of your personal data. For example, you may want to transfer your data to another controller. The right to transfer your data does not apply where the data you wish to transfer is a business secret, and your exercise of this right may not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others, including trade secrets or intellectual property, and it can be exercised to the extent technically possible. The first copy of your data is free.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data.
