Mr Sławomir Jędrzejczak completed the Barcelona AMP Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, University of Navara. In 1998-2000, he graduated from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and completed a postgraduate course in consulting and a postgraduate course in logistics management. In 1988-1995, he studied at the University of Łódź, graduating with a degree in pedagogy at the Faculty of Education Studies.
In 2013-2020, he was President of the Board at ASTRA SA and MG Home Sp. z o.o. From 2011 to 2012, Mr Jędrzejczak was President of the Management Board at Zakłady Hydrauliki Siłowej Sp. z o.o. (a hydraulics company) and JOTES Sp. z o.o. (a machinery manufacturer). From 2010 to 2011, he held the position of President of the Board at EURO-MAG Sp. z o.o. In 2006-2009, he worked as President of the Board and General Manager at WIRELAND S.A. From 2005 to 2006, he was President of the Board and General Manager at IRENA S.A. (an industrial glassworks) and VIOLETTA S.A. (a crystal glass manufacturer).
In 2001-2004, he worked as President of the Board and General Manager at the CANTONI Group’s FENES S.A. machining tool manufacturer based on the town of Siedlce, Poland. From 2010-2011, he was a member of the supervisory board of PEKTOWIN S.A., a public limited company based in Jasło, Poland. In 1995-2000, he developed his career as sales director and marketing director.
According to his statement, Mr Sławomir Jędrzejczak was not, on the date of his appointment, engaged in any business competitive in relation to that of ZUK Stąporków S.A., nor does he participate in any competitive partnership or company as a partner in a civil-law general partnership (Polish: spółka cywilna) or any other firm or partnership, or a member of any governing body of a company or any other competitive legal person (body corporate). Mr Sławomir Jędrzejczak is not named in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, which is maintained under the Polish National Court Register Act.
